Privacy Policy
Chase20 stores account and business data using configured cloud service providers so authorised users can access their workspace across devices. Customer information may include names, contact details, job descriptions, amounts owed, due dates and payment history.
Chase20 does not require access to the user's bank account for its core payment-follow-up workflow. If email sending is enabled, customer email addresses and reminder content are transmitted to the configured email provider for delivery. Subscription billing is processed by the configured payment provider; Chase20 should not store full card details.
Users are responsible for having a lawful basis to store customer details and send payment communications, and for securing account credentials.
