Chase20 is administrative payment-follow-up software. It is not accounting, legal, credit-reporting, debt-collection or financial advice and does not guarantee that a customer will pay.

Users remain responsible for checking amounts, due dates, contact details and reminder wording, and for complying with privacy, spam, debt-collection, consumer and other applicable laws. Repeated reminders should not be sent where a debt is disputed or where contact would be unlawful or inappropriate.

Payment-habit indicators are calculated only from the user's own records and are not external credit checks or credit scores.

This template must be reviewed with the operator's business details, billing/refund/cancellation rules and governing law before commercial launch.
